My stay at the hotel was like a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms felt like a bad hostel with uncomfortable beds, rock-hard pillows, and dim lighting, but at least it was quiet. The place had a strange hospital-like smell, which was a bit off-putting. However, the staff was excellent, very helpful, and kind, always attending to our needs with a smile. The location was pretty good, especially for the Carnaval activities, with a walking distance of about 20 minutes. The dining experience was nothing special, lacking the usual fresh fruit that is expected in Colombia. Overall, the facilities were just okay, nothing extraordinary.

The hotel is like a bad hostel with uncomfortable beds, pillows as hard as rocks, a push-button lock on the doorknob, no shampoo only a tiny bar of soap, and dim lighting. However, the service was excellent and very helpful, especially with getting taxis. The location is very good for the Carnaval, about 20 minutes walking distance, but the dining was nothing special lacking fresh fruit, and the facilities were subpar.

The rooms had no ventilation, making the stay unpleasant at times.
